A dare.  Having someone do something dangerous or unthinkable. When I first saw you, you were my dare. It was unthinkable, having you. But still, I dared myself to try.
The sun had just began to rise over the trees within the ethereal forest and dissipated the dew that had remained from the nights cold chill. A figure stalked through the underbrush and stopped by a nearby tree. It seems that this being had been deemed worthy of closer investigation by another figure.
Cool air moved about the room as a quiet whirring from a fan on the ceiling could be distinguished from the storm outside. I opened the door to the front porch and stepped out over the threshold and onto the wooden pavilion. 
We laid there, side by side in the grass together, staring up at the stars. The crisp night air rustled the green blades that sprung up from the ground we were settled on. The breeze gently caressed her long golden hair  that lay in tumbled strands about her face as it slowly died down.
